Refund Policy

• Immediate Deposit Refund: We will inspect the vehicle and refund your refundable security deposit at the time of vehicle handover at the return location.
• Transparent Deductions: If any extra charges are incurred during your trip (such as damages, traffic fines, missing accessories/documents, or fuel shortages), they will be deducted from your deposit.
• Same-Time Settlement: Any remaining balance after deductions will be refunded to you on the spot at the return location.
• Free Cancellations: You can cancel your booking completely free of charge before the rental period begins.
