Eligibility Requirements
- Drivers must be 18+ with valid international license
- Security deposit of USD 150 required (refundable)
- Mandatory driving lesson before rental
Rental Rules
- Speed limit: Maximum 40 km/h
- Park only in legal, safe locations
- Renter responsible for any damage due to negligence
- Late returns without notice incur additional charges
Payment Policy
- Flexible Payment Methods: You can pay the rental fee conveniently via card payments, bank transfer, or in cash directly on pickup.
- Refundable Security Deposit: For vehicle and safety assurance, a fully refundable security deposit of USD 150 (or equivalent) is collected. This will be returned to you in full upon the safe return of the tuk-tuk with no damages.
- Booking Confirmation: A confirmation deposit may be required to secure your booking dates.
- Free Cancellation: Enjoy peace of mind with free cancellations before your rental period begins.
Insurance & Liability
- All tuk-tuks have full insurance coverage
- Renter responsible for insurance excess in case of accident
- Lost/damaged documents incur $90 replacement fee
Important: We reserve the right to deny service if a driver appears unfit. Always carry your license and vehicle documents.
